Sexually explicit content (graphic depictions of sexual acts) — this applies everywhere, including private transactions. Nudity without sexual acts is permitted. See our Terms of Use Section 8 for details.
Sensitive media in public spaces
Illegal content
Content featuring minors
Content without permission from everyone in it
Stolen or copyrighted content you don't own
Sensitive media sent to users who have not opted in to receive it, including mislabeled content
Spam or harassment

Respect Other People's Content

Unless the license shown when you buy it says otherwise, content you purchase is for your personal use only. Don't share it, post it elsewhere, or resell it.

Be Respectful

Communicate professionally
Don't pressure, guilt, or harass anyone
Handle disputes with creators directly first
Report violations to hello@shutterbucks.com

For Creators

Only post content you own or have rights to
Accurately describe what you're offering
Fulfill requests as agreed

Consequences

Violations can result in warnings, content removal, or account termination. Serious violations (minors, harassment, illegal content, false chargebacks) result in an immediate permanent ban. Sexually explicit content is removed immediately, and repeated or egregious violations may result in immediate account termination. Circumventing another user's content preferences (such as mislabeling sensitive media) is treated as harassment and may result in account termination.
